SwaziBank is a Development Finance Institution (DFI) wholly owned by the Government of Swaziland.
It was established in 1965 by the late King Sobhuza II in an effort to finance development projects, mainly smallholder farmers and low cost housing.
It is involved in financing sectors such as industrial, commercial, agriculture, small micro and medium enterprises (SMMEs), health, tourism, transport and mining.
SwaziBank also offers numerous banking solutions, such as debit card, savings, investment and corporate accounts, premier banking, foreign exchange, and loan facilities for housing and vehicle finance.
The Bank has numerous ATMs across the country and 11 branches, including The Gables Branch at Ezulwini which opens even on Sundays (08:30am to 11:30am).
The SwaziBank Debit Card can be used in any Auto Teller Machine (ATM) or Point of Sale (PoS) terminal displaying any of MasterCard, Maestro or Cirrus brand marks.
The debit card is accepted worldwide by more than 36.9 million ATMs and merchant locations in over 210 countries.
The Bank has branches in Matsapha, Manzini, Pigg's Peak, Simunye, Matata, Nhlangano, Siteki, Siphofaneni, Ezulwini Gables and two in the capital city of Mbabane.
SwaziBank, whose tagline is "The Bank with a Heart", is a socially responsible corporate citizen as it ploughs back into the community it operates within through its Corporate Social Investment (CSI) Programme.
It sponsors the SwaziBank Cup and SwaziBank Schools Music Competition, which are both held annually.
